EXPERIENCE:

We became licensed in 1987 and achieved outstanding success working as a sales team for a local national franchise organization. From 1989 until 1995 Cathy also operated as Broker/Manager of the company. In November of 2001 we established our own independent brokerage-Berkhout Bosse Realty Inc.

EDUCATION:

We are both alumni of Notre Dame College School in Welland. John is a graduate of the McMaster University Physical Education Program and Cathy has degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Western Ontario. We have both expanded our professional knowledge by becoming Real Estate Brokers in 1990.
